Juliana Scardua, the new owner of Sally Ann’s Bakery in Concord, MA, brings over a decade of customer service experience and a deep understanding of the bakery’s traditions. Having been part of the Sally Ann’s team for several years, she provides continuity while leading the bakery into its next chapter.
Juliana is committed to preserving the quality established by longtime owner Bill Griffin, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America and continues to work alongside the team today. Her focus on consistency, care, and genuine hospitality ensures every guest feels right at home.
